Calling or texting during a snow event will not alter our preset order of service or estimated arrival times.
If you are on our route and choose to clear your driveway yourself or arrange for a neighbor to assist after we are scheduled, you will still be billed!
Disregarding scheduled service will result in permanent removal from our route. We plan carefully and expend considerable time and effort for every customer we serve.
